Points faibles : Confort de la chambre
Comfortable, convenient, and LOUD
This is a spacious and fairly comfortable flat, conveniently located in the heart of Piccadilly, with an amazing view. HOWEVER, if you don't plan to stay out all night, and you would like to sleep, I would avoid this at all costs. Mid-November and there were revelers in Piccadilly Circus practically all night long. Screaming, yelling, loud music, packs of motorcyclists revving their engines en masse, until between 3 and 4 every morning and when that stopped, commerce began - stores, pubs, and restaurants started receiving stock around 6 or 7 am. There are neither soundproof windows nor even curtains to dampen the sound (and light) and it appeared one of the windows had a large crack in it that was covered in thick black tape. If something were done to mitigate the noise, and if there were a better mattress, and if the toilet were properly attached to the wall, this would be a stellar property. But, after five nights with little sleep, I could not wait to get out of there. It should also be noted that the television pictured in the bedroom is not there. Only the mounting hardware remains.
