Very quiet and secure location , yet within easy walking distance of many of the main London attractions - Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben etc. Traditional English Breakfast available at café just along the road. Double Bed in Bedroom plus King Size Sofa Bed in Sitting Room. Accommodation Details: \- Large bedroom with Double Bed / Desk & Chair. \- Sitting room. ( with TV ) - Large Sofa plus additional Sofa bed for use as a King size bed (Bed Width - 160cm Bed Length - 205cm), Dining table for 4\. \- Kitchen (Fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils etc.). \- Bathroom: Bath with shower. Ground floor apartment with its own private entrance within a secure and private gated courtyard development. (Host also lives within the courtyard so can fix any problems pretty quickly) Apartment is decorated in a contemporary design style. Wifi Internet available free of charge. It is very conveniently located within an easy walking distance to Victoria Station as well as Pimlico (6 mins walk), St James Park (8 mins walk) and Westminster underground (10/12 mins walk) stations. Nearest bus stop is 4 mins away. The apartment is also just 10 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and The Houses of Parliament. For anyone who likes shopping you will find great shopping on Victoria Street. The shopping streets of Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street are only 12 mins. away using the underground. For the bus - You will find that you are only a few minutes walking distance to the bus that runs between Victoria and Waterloo. There are buses to most places from Victoria Station and Victoria Street. Although you have very easy access to everything, you are also situated in a very quiet residential area, giving you the best of both worlds for your stay in London. John le propriétaire a été vraiment accueillant, très disponible pour toute information et de bon conseil pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Dans la mesure du possible il nous a permis également de pouvoir laisser nos bagages en avance à l'arrivée et les prendre tardivement au départ ainsi que de jouir du logement plus longtemps. Il est vraiment très arrangeant. Cela nous à permis de profiter au mieux des vacances. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well appointed. The location is excellent - easy walking distance to many attractions with underground stations within 10 mins walk. This comfortable and secure apartment was a welcome respite from the non-stop city. However, we were within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, a pharmacy, shopping, a theater and grocery stores. We used the nearby underground stations, bus stops, black cabs and Uber for further excursions. Communications and instructions for a contactless visit made our arrival and departure very easy. There are printed, detailed instructions for everything within the apartment and John is amazing at answering any additional questions. ##### Sheila V. It is conveniently close to two Underground stations that can go to almost anywhere in London quickly. Coincidentally, cab drivers gather two blocks from the apartment for coffee and cab recharging. One can pop down and have a cab almost immediately. Easy walking distance to great pubs/ restaurants, groceries and shopping. Apartment is comfortable and quiet Acceptable furnishings. If I were to make a recommendation, it would be to invest in piĺlows with some life left in them and add face flannels to the bathroom. Some of the kitchen utensils are in need of replacement. It would be nice to have enough laundry soap available for a few loads. Thank you for your kind hospitality. ##### Kim B. Our family had a wonderful time at this little gem! It’s not fancy by any means, but you can’t beat the location!
