Took almost until we were arriving to give us access code to get into property and wifi so had us scrambling to organise family arriving. The noise around the property was awful, car engines revving, people shouting, neighbours kids could be heard screaming from 6am as if they were in the same house!! The beds in every room bar one were so uncomfortable with the springs digging into everywhere! The noise of the water pipes and heating was horrendous. The kitchen/lounge area was a nice room and had some extras in the cupboards. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The bedrooms were ok but the upstairs ones were so hot and no matter what we did we could get the heating to go off. Séjour de 2 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Ian S. 14 avr. 2025 #### Inadequate all round Spacious property, comfortable beds. Host was practically impossible to get hold of, we arrived not knowing if we would be able to access the property - no key safe code provided until after we had actually arrived. Very unclear information about parking availability and the space outside the house was occupied by a vehicle so we couldn't use the advertised 'on site parking' and had to pay for a permit. Insufficient crockery, cutlery and dining chairs, not enough for 10 people at even one sitting. No bread knife, cafetiere or teapot which are fairly basic these days. Towels were in a jumbled mess in the utility room, don't believe there were enough bath towels for one each. One bedroom didn't have any window covering at all. Spare fridge freezer was growing mould inside. The water pump groaned quite loudly whenever hot or cold water was run, probably as the main living area was on the first floor.Property desperately needs attention. ##### Ian S.
