Discover the ultimate city retreat with this 1-bedroom apartment in the eccentric South Bank neighbourhood. This delightful property boasts modern bedrooms, a generous living space, and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.  
  
Whether you're a professional looking for a central base or just in need of a snug home in the city centre, this property provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.  
  
If you prefer cooking at home rather than dining out, the generously sized kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favourite meals. There is also a 4-seater dining table in the living room.  
  
The living room features a large window allowing loads of natural light and fresh air. Additionally, the living room features a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements if needed.  
  
The bedroom has plenty of space providing an open & peaceful retreat after a busy day and is equipped with a TV as well.  
  
The bathroom offers a shower-in-bath, giving you options to suit your preferences.  
  
The property is central with Waterloo tube station being a quick 10 minutes walk away whilst Waterloo Bus station is less than 10 minutes walk from the property.

London Eye - 6 minutes walk  
Big Ben - 7 minutes walk  
Southbank Centre - 10 minutes walk  
Westminster Abbey - 11 minutes walk

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  
  
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation.  
  
Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.  
  
Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.  
  
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.  
  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.  
  
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.  
  
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
