Love its proximity to Earl's Court Station. It's in a relatively quiet part of town but not too far from Central London. The Piccadilly line is also connected to Heathrow. I was given in a solo room in the basement which had a window that opened to the back court. The room location would normally not be ideal, but because there is no AC or fan, it was probably better during the summer because it would cooler than the upstairs rooms. The room was very clean and the twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but modern with plenty of hot water. They do have breakfast for an extra fee, I didn't use it because I preferred to go to nearby cafes. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance which is a plus. I would only recommend staying here, however if you only want a basic place to sleep with no maid service. Quiet street.1 stop with the tube to High Street Kendington for shopping. ##### Vigdis Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### MamikoMm Aug 24, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities ロンドンの古い建物らしく、どの部屋に泊まっても入り口6段の階段と、各階数ステップの階段は避けられません。 全館暖房のオイルヒーターはありますがエアコンはないので夏は窓を開けて扇風機（掃除用みたいなでかいファンがクローゼットにあります）で凌ぐのみです。 階段はある程度写真を見て覚悟していましたが、エアコンナシは想定外。毎日BBCが注意喚起する熱波のなかでのエアコンナシは心配でしたが、日本と違って夜ちゃんと涼しくなることもあり思いの外どうにかなりました。 暑がりさんは困るかも。 ラウンジに電子レンジ、共同冷蔵庫、湯沸かし器とカップお皿カトラリー類が揃っていたので助かりました。物価高いのでスーパーで買ってきた朝食などで済ませることを想定してカトラリー持ってきていましたが不要でした。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはロビーで保管が1£、鍵付きが3£だったかな。 そもそもホテルの入り口がオートロックで昼間のリネン業者出入り中以外は閉まってるので貴重品高額品なければロビーで十分。 近くにM&Sfoodやテスコ、Bootsがあって困った時も便利。日本でも馴染みあるスタバやPAULも駅前にあってなんか安心します。 ヒースローからピカデリーラインで1本、最寄りのアールズコート駅にはエレベーターもあるので行き帰り楽でした。 たぶんまたリピートすると思います。 ##### MamikoMm Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Rachel May 24, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service The hotel is very close to the train station and food options and something to do all around the block.
