The halls smelled so bad and the room was not turned and cleaned there was still garbage on the basket from the previous people. The carpet was as so dirty and the bed and pillows smelled The entrance is ok and staff are nice but the hotel is terrible. The location is what you expect around the airport so average. It feels safe.

Checked in easily with the friendly and professional Silpa. Easy Uber drop off, great check in, sparkling clean, immaculate lobby, great family room, great executive lounge with a nice choice of food and beverages for the evening and breakfast. Stayed one night, would’ve loved to stay another as all the family were completely relaxed. Will definitely return, our new Heathrow hotel!

This is a real nice hotel, with a fully equipped gym and a large indoor swimming pool. Our only complaint is that it no longer is part of the Hoppa Bus shuttle service from Heathrow Airport, so we had to take a cab one way and a "private" car service back the next morning. We thought that staying at a hotel right near the airport would include a shuttle bus - preferably free.

Hotel fantastic. No staff on reception seemingly at any point in the day to take a phone call. All to do with checking in and simply wanting my wife to check in during the day without me when she wasn't named on the booking. As we couldn't get hold of the hotel we ended up checking in when I was available at 10pm. Two very tired children indeed.

We were very happy with our stay at the Marriott near Heathrow. The restaurant and bar were lovely and the rooms were clean and quiet, which we appreciated.

Embarrassment to the Marriott name. Bed sheets were cheap and old. No hair dryer in the room, shower drain was clogged, bath towels were old and the coffee was the worst coffee I ever had. I saw one guest return his coffee it was so bad. Don’t stay here

The hotel is in a prime location to Heathrow airport (perfect for resting before flying) and the layout of the hotel was very well set up. The only negative that I had for this stay was my 4yo daughter locked herself into the bathroom (the emergency lock on the outside of the toilet was broken meaning we couldn’t access her) my daughter is autistic/primarily non-verbal and this was a deeply traumatic experience. We finally managed to get the lock/door opened but it took over 15minutes before any hotel staff came to the room. They did change our room and they gave us an upgrade to

The hotel was fantastic - they have a good restaurant, they have a swimming pool with hot tub, sauna and steam room. All kept clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to stay at this hotel. I wouldn't stay in this area for our main vacation because it's right next to the airport but if needed to stay here on arrival or before departure it's perfect.

Here for a layover and it was spectacular. Easy check in and check out. World class service. Fast room service for toiletries. Amazing exec lounge mirroring a first class lounge or better, with yummy food and service with made to order eggs in morning. The staff came frequently to check while we ate and cleaned plates or offered additional food to deliver to us personally. The pool and gym also well kept and open long hours; wish under 16 could use spa and sauna but not allowed for safety which we respected. Overall an amazing stay near the airport and will stay again !

Good hotel/restaurant close proximity to airport
Our stay was overnight to be close to the airport for a very early morning flight. Be forewarned there is no hotel shuttle and a ride to the airport which is no further than 10 minutes is £7 per person for a shared ride….or £35 for a private van. If you check Uber it’s probably £20 is for the whole car BUT reminder that cars in the UK are generally smaller so with even moderate amounts of luggage you will need an Uber XL…consider that as you think about booking here. The hotel is very nice and much larger than we expected. For a London area hotel - our family room with two beds was plenty spacious enough for us and 3 pieces of luggage. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and honestly really good food. The ravioli was actually great - food prices despite having a captive audience were fine - certainly more than other restaurants but not outrageous at all. Overall would stay here again - but would consider the shuttle situation when making the booking.
