Large modern two-bed, two-bathroom ground floor flat in Hoxton with beautiful patio garden in great neighbourhood. This is our home that we *rarely* let out, so we are looking for people who will treat it as their own and take it for what it is (not a soulless holiday let). It is currently available for a short period, hence the minimum stay of five nights. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
Floor to ceiling windows, one bedroom opens onto the patio which has chairs, loungers and dining table. Kitchen is fully stocked, there's a large dining room table, two large comfortable sofas. Three great parks in short walking distance, Regents Canal is 2-min walk, Broadway Market 10 mins, Columbia Road Flower Market 10 minutes. London Fields Lido for outdoor swimming is 20 min walk. The bars and shops of fashionable areas of Dalston and Shoreditch a short distance.
Museum of the Home and a myriad of Vietnamese eateries and famous Swedish Bakery only a few mins walk.
Transport: Numerous bus routes into central London and other parts of the city; Hoxton and Haggerston overground stations 5 mins away, bike hire all a few steps away.

**Please note, VRBO the location on the map is slightly out. The flat is about 5 mins walk further south, just the other side of the canal. Also incorrect - there is no 'BBQ grill' and check-in can be available before 4pm. Thanks.
