### Large 1 bed flat in Purley, close to train station

Summary:  
Charming 1 bed flat with large lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Situated in Purley and within 7 min walk to Purley station with fast trains into London Bridge and London Victoria within 25 minutes. The lounge/diner is fully stocked with a smart tv, WiFi, board games, large sofa, and a dining table, ideal for a couple or small family. Purley highstreet has plenty of shops and restaurants and a large Tesco within short walking distance. Located on the first floor with lift access.

Bedroom - Master   
Has a super king-size bed with cotton bed linens, lots of storage with a freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers, and beautiful large window.
