La chambre était impeccable. Grande chambre et petite cuisine très pratique. Assez tranquille. Le seul problème est que j'étais située en face de l'emplacement pour remiser les bagages et s'était quelque fois bruyant. J'ai bien aimé qu'on pouvais mettre nos poubelles et recyclage dans des bacs a l'entrée. I stayed in the compact room. It’s definitely snug but it does the job. If you want to size up, you should if space is a huge deal. It had all the amenities I needed. Towels were easy to retrieve and the ability to chat with staff was very nice. The placed was cleaned before I entered and I could tell. The heat was easy to adjust. The only downside is that my room was across from the luggage storage so that generated quite a bit of noise. We booked here because of the gym. It would have been nice but the cable machine was broken and no display on the rowing machine. Check-in and assistance was all virtual but they were wonderful accommodating our request for an early check-in after a nightmarish day and a half of travel from overseas which included a delay of our luggage. They were responsive to any of our requests. The bathroom was quite tight but that’s to be expected in a major city. Any deficits were appropriate to the price point and it felt a good value for what we paid.
