A former mansion- so lots of character. Very friendly staff. Food was excellent . Nice beds.We really appreciated the free breakfast - compliments Expedia. ($25 value each) Proximity to Western was perfect . A gem!

The location is good. Suite size is good. Majority of the furniture is quite worn and scuffed up which affects the comfort of your stay.

Exceptionally friendly staff, a delightful restaurant, serene rooms, and the thoughtful provision of complimentary water, apple cider, and coffee at multiple hydration stations truly enhanced my stay. Discovering this gem in London ensures it will be my top choice for future visits.

The location is quiet and there are lots of parking. Meals are good. Love the omelette option and lactose free milk varieties.

One of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable. Every staff memeber we met was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Definitely stay again!

This was a unique hotel. We loved exploring the history and the architecture of this place. It was quiet, imaculate, very tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The shower had tons of pressure, the kind size bed was very comfortable. I loved that the old fashioned windows opened and had such a beautiful view from both windows. Highly recommend.
