### Incredible Modern Mews House in Hyde Park

Summary:  
A gorgeous mews house, moments away from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Bright and filled with natural light, this apartment has plenty of space to enjoy.  
  
The Space:  
This beautiful open-plan mews house is spread across three floors, bringing a lovely bright feel to the space. Upon entering the house, you're greeted by the large reception and dining space with seating for six people around the table. The natural light follows you as you step into the living room with plenty of space for relaxing around or socialising with guests.  
  
Downstairs you'll discover a gorgeous modern kitchen area with wooden fittings and integrated Miele appliances, the secondary living room features a gigantic smart tv perfect for movie nights laid back on the comfortable sofa. There's also a utility room with washing machine and dryer, along with a toilet on every level of the house.  
  
Moving to the upper floor via the wooden staircase that runs through the core of the house are three bedrooms, featuring king beds, plenty of linen, towels and storage space. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite with walk-in shower and another bathroom features a shower, bath and even a TV.  
  
Guest Access:  
Our guests here have entire private access of the house.

Located in the heart of London this area is well-known for its vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere, as well as its rich history and cultural heritage. It is home to some of London's most iconic attractions, including Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and the West End, making it the perfect location for tourists and business travellers alike.  
  
Also known for its fantastic dining and shopping experiences. A wide range of restaurants, cafes, and shops are just moments away from your front door. From iconic stores like Selfridges to independent boutiques, the area offers a shopping experience to suit all tastes and budgets. The famed Portobello Road market, with its colourful street stalls and vibrant atmosphere, is just a short distance away and is a must-visit for anyone staying in the area. For those who enjoy the arts, the area is also home to a variety of cultural institutions, including the Royal Albert Hall, the Serpentine Gallery, and the V&A Museum.

This property has step-free access to the ground floor from the street. However there are stairs inside the property to access all other levels.  
  
Portable air conditioning is available in this property. Additional fans have been provided.  
  
Pets are permitted at this property on request for an additional fee of £8.50 per night.  
  
Housekeeping will take place weekly for guests staying 14 nights or longer. Additional cleaning and/or linen changes on request are available for a fee. Please speak to the team to arrange this.  
  
For same-day reservations, we’ll always do our best to have your apartment ready as quickly as possible. While we aim for a 3:00 pm check-in, same-day bookings may experience a delay as our team prepares your space.
