It's a very quiet place to stay and the staff is amazing they respect your privacy especially if your traveling with pets they won't do your room unless pets are gone with you

Firstly, when we got to the hotel we notice multiple suspicious people standing outside near the vehicles of the guest, we then checked in and went to our room.. when we got there we immediately noticed the blanket was dirty and had white marks all over it.. we asked at the front desk for a new clean blanket to be sent up, they did it after we left for a bite to eat, came back to the new blanket folded on the bed, but when we inspected it, it also had white marks on it, we ended up opting to sleep without the blankets. When we got back for dinner we also noticed the vehicle where we pull in to park next too had a bunch of scratches all over the window of it, and a screw driver and needle on the ground in front of it. As if someone had tried to break in to the truck before we showed up. Lastly, we got back to the hotel around 1:30, tried to have some quiet time in our room only for the sound of one group of guest going in and out of their rooms all night long, slamming doors, yelling, giggling down the hall way. In the end my partner barely slept and we woken multiple times to these guest. I probably would not stay in this hotel again, there was nothing they offered to really making it worth the stay. Although the greeter we met to check us in was very friendly.

The staff were kind and welcoming. My bed was very squeaky. Wish they had breakfast. Perhaps have more breakfast items in vending machines(protein bars, crave eggs, breakfast sandwiches).

I've stayed in many hotels and motels, this one I certainly won't be returning to. I could have had more comfort in the parking lot under my truck. The beds were rock solid, the heat in the room didn't work. I listened to the washing machines smashing around for a solid 2 hours. They've got a nice big dining room, but no breakfast served. You walk into the front lobby and theres a horrible smell. This place needs help!

Good value for area of the city
Everything was great , only thing that was not happy with is the fridge. Had the temp turn low and when we left and got our food out it was all frozen even on the bottom of the fridge. The service was great and they were pleasant.

You get what you pay for…it’s cheap so I didn’t expect luxury. Not in a good area of town either. Bed linens are worn thin but the mattress was comfortable. The rooms are extremely dated but you would have to pay more for renovated rooms. My biggest complaint is that I had to call down to front desk to get the A/C unit turned on. After turning it on to cool down the room, we left to go out for dinner, came back and it was off again! Called down for them to “flip the switch” so that we could get ready for a concert. Left it on so it would be cool for sleeping but when we returned from the show, it was off again! Another call to the front desk! Not cool! (No pun intended)

Check in was brutal. Staff barely said a single word as they were on a cell phone talking to someone else the entire time. Ran my card, what sounded like 4 times through the machine with no communication when I asked what was up. We were given keys after 20 minutes of check in, got a room with 2 doubles instead of the king I had reserved. When asked if we could get the room we reserved, she said there were no other rooms availble but she woudnt charge me for the more expensive room that she had put us in. The one bed had what looked like grease stains on the sheets, then the other bed had burn marks in them from what looked like cigarettes. The TV only had 1 working channel and the wifi info we were given kept saying not working.

This property is going down hill very fast. We were awaken at 3am caused by fighting and pounding on doors. Cigarette butts litter the parking lots, vending machines do not work , no signs on them . The halls stink of a really rotten odour. When we arrived we found someone’s food in our fridge and there was spilled food inside the fridge. Tv remote did not work.
