It was a short stay, but a nice stay. Some noise of course - but minimal. Definitely not an issue. There were a few small things like the kitchenette needs a couple of tea towels for drying hands or dishes. The little packets of coffee were not fresh. We could have used a pasta strainer and pasta spoon. (I forgot to bring those). And I noticed after arriving that the bathroom was wheel chair accessible. Which is fine. But if I somehow requested that - it was not my intention - but this meant the shower head was positioned quite low. Any person standing could not stand under the running water. I had to be on my knees. Minor thing, and potentiall my fault, but those would be a few changes that might be made. It was mostly comfortable for 5 of us. (2 adults, and 3 kids between 6-9yrs old)

Stayed with my daughter, grandson and dog for 2 nights. It was a very quiet stay. Rooms are very luxurious we had a full kitchen with a dishwasher! Made cooking away from home very easy!

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites. Staff was very helpful and friendly, everything was clean and smelt nice. We did notice some ants in our room but let the lady at the front desk know and it was fixed right away and we didn’t notice them any more. Breakfast in the morning was good, there was someone always stocking up with more fresh food. 10/10 will definitely be going back!

So the staff was super friendly. Check in was quick and easy. We had an issue with the tv. Called front desk, they said they would call us back. They never did. Also, the bedding/blankets was not great. Very thin, and I felt too small. My partner and I constantly had to fight for blanket because it was too small. But the facility was well located. Very clean. And the price was reasonable.

Check in was terrible. My room wasn't ready at 3:10pm. I waited for 20 minutes before asking how long i was going to have to wait. The front desk person then called housekeeping on a cell phone, on speaker & asked. The response is "I just starting it now. I will get it f*cking done when its f*cking done. If you had sent me someone to help when I asked for it earlier then it would be done by now!" The woman speaking was pissed. The front desk person was shocked I heard the whole thing, then said she was sorry & said she would go help her as she rushed to the elevator. Someone came to offer me a warm bottle of water as i waited. By 4pm I was told my room was ready. Got my key & got into my room. Checked the room over, noticed towels were missing & that the deadbolt wouldnt lock. 20 minutes later a knock on my door, they were bringing me towels & I asked about the deadbolt. Took a bit to figure out but it was still tricky. The website claimed that there is a clock radio, 2 phones, & a soundproof room. Well there was only 1 phone. No clock, & certainly NOT soundproof. I am losing my hearing & I could still hear everything happening in the hallway, & other rooms, especially if they have a whirlpool tub like mine. The shower wand for the whirlpool tub did not work. Some of the jacks/power outlets by the bed did not work. The pillows are crap, so limp. I was locked out of my room twice the day of checking out. Ran downstairs for help, received a new card, didnt work

I liked how close it was to the highway, everything was clean. Breakfast was great. Expedia was difficult to deal with when the hotel told me the pool would be closed. The hotel room did show some signs of incomplete repairs (drywall patches ect)

Staff was great, as was breakfast. Pullout sofa was horrid - ratty and you could feel every spring. For almost $300 per night (tax incl) one would expect a comfortable night’s sleep.
