Not only did Frankie send all the details for the property, they sent us the Fitzrovia listing and it was a perfect match for what we wanted. There was a lot of communication before we arrived, the check in was very easy, the place was immaculate and everything we needed was there. Within an hour of checking in I got a text making sure everything was okay, the property was warm and quiet, it's a 2 minute walk to Warren Street tube, a 20 minute walk to Oxford Street and within an eplace. ##### James B.
