We were so very impressed with this hotel!!! Wow great room, dove products in room, beds super comfortable, jacuzzi huge and breakfast was very good too

Large clean rooms free breakfast including eggs pancakes bacon ect. Only downfall is the waterslide is only open during certain days overall a great place to stay

The property is lovely, but the biggest selling point is the very friendly and welcoming woman at the front desk. I wish I knew her name, but unfortunately can’t recall it. She is wonderful; she was so kind and engaging with my kids! Holiday Inn, you are lucky to have her!

For the second time here its not to bad there were flaws the first time, and second time i showed up for some reason my email wasent working so i couldent claim the rewards and get better pricing for a one night stay to have a meeting with a " ontario child lawyer" the pool was chilly, same as the first time i came, the shower didnt work the way it should jus a pain in the ass, so i went to take a bath and the tub was tiny af, then i went to watch tv and the cable in my room isnt working, pretty sad ive gotta go to the gym and watch tv and i paid more for the second visit with one bed and a couch the i did for the last visit in which i had 2 beds , driving 500 km for one night and the little problems just arnt worth it i can get a night cheeper at another place the only reason to coming here is the pool for my daughter and neice during the stay ..

Thank you for your feedback. Upon review, I am no notes that these were raised to the Front Desk, we would never have a guest in a room with these issues, our bath tubs are the same size as your home tub, the showers work fine and the pool is maintained at 84 degrees and monitored several times a day. If anything, we would have offered a room move to ensure your stay was satisfactory. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

I didnt like that they were renovating a room above us and sounded like they were up there all threw the early morning from 4ish am and on but everything eles was bice it was clean big room 2 tvs nice staff just super noisy above room 315

I found a very cool and safe that you need your room key to open certain doors! Like the pool, vending machine, gym. It makes you feel secure in staying there. The room was also very spacious and updated! Probably one of the best hotels i've been to!

We were surrounded by a young hockey team and they kept us up all night running through the halls and banging on doors. We did take to a manager about the issue
