Great stay
Great stay here for a couple of days. Good location over the road from the tube. Parked our car here too. Felt safe at all times. Saw cleaning occurring regularly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent. We were just steps from a subway station and only 20 minute walk to Camden Market. The breakfast that was included was good. You could take it to go or sit and enjoy. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Will stay here again when we return to London.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, it was sinking in the middle. We had to put the bed mattress on the floor. Very disappointing.

Poor bed otherwise great!
Fantastic staff throughout, room was compact but clean, had everything needed the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and any slight movement it creaked so disturbed sleep. Location is great and breakfast was good too!

24hrs of road noise
Hotel, room, staff and breakfast was ok, good I suppose, but the noise from the 24hr traffic was horrendous and prevented my wife, son and I having an even average night's sleep. Ill fitting window with vents to allow a nice cool breeze (fine) but road noise, no. These road facing rooms should be offered at a better discount

Internet extremely slow which is very important for an international traveler. Breakfast was good. Water pressure low. Room was supposed to have fold out couch and instead had a cot.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and overall quite satisfied. The hotel is very conveniently located across from a shopping mall with food spots and grocery store. More importantly, located about 5min walk from tube station. Room once sofa bed extended was small but not problem since there only to sleep. The WiFi was unfortunately not functioning properly (very slow) the first two nights, which was quite frustrating but was then fixed after that. The free breakfast was great with lots of variety and on weekends with extended timings (very useful given we woke up late due to jet lag). Overall would recommmend the hotel.

Don’t go to this hotel
The room we were in was at the front of the hotel, very very nosey. Out from all sites, therefore spent a fortune on tube, taxis, and buses. The breakfast and room was very dam basic, for the price there were charging , definitely would not return.

The one member of staff on when I arrived was really helpful, the problem was that the room was dirty and in poor condition, he did everything he could and moved me to another room which was marginally better. Very very poor for a Holiday Inn

Clean and friendly staff. I felt welcomed as a foreigner. The Underground is very close by. The room was very clean and bathroom was small but accomodating for 2 people. Only complaint was mattresses were not of Holiday Inn standards.

the room was smallish but fine. The problem I had was the double bed had two mattresses put together on it so the middle of the mattress was uncomfortable. The a/c was good and the bathroom and bedroom clean. Breakfast was buffet - not great - what you would expect scrambled eggs sausage , cereal and bread/croissants....not a huge choice. Basically it was fit for the purpose ....

Comfortable stay for 3+
Our stay was comfortable. We were well received and the staff was very generous and kind giving us information about our stay and our surroundings. The breakfast was a nice touch!

Great hotel and location for Wembley visits
Great hotel for a trip to Wembley. Just one stop on the Met line makes this hotel an affordable option. We were on the road side and it can get a bit noisy one the traffic levels rise in the rush hour. If you're a light sleeper see if there is a room further from the road. 5 stars from me as it wasn't a problem.

First trip to London with Family- great place
Good location, You can get to Central London using the public transport. The concierge will also help you calling a Taxi if you want. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived and day earlier than originally planned and decided to stay an extra day too, the staff was so helpful and adding these extra days. Food selection for breakfast as okay. Only thing I wish they had was a place to clean laundry, however they were able to point out a place to do that.

Improving hotel
Used this hotel on a number of occasions. Managed to secure a roof to the rear of the hotel which is much quieter. The breakfast offer has also improved. As always the staff were very helpful and friendly

I loved we were so close to hopping rail, and traveling all over London. Room was small, but perfect. The staff was always professional and kind! We will be staying there next year, we became so comfortable to the area, great affordable bakery & coffee shops, affordable ethic diversity great restaurants and pubs!

Had a nice stay here, passing thru on business. I arrived very late at night and all the local restaurants were closed. The guy at the front desk offered to make me a sandwich. He went out of his way to accommodate me. I’d definitely stay here again.
