The staff are all lovely and kind. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. We had three adults and a child in a double queen for one night and didn't feel cramped. We made use of the breakfast buffet and the lounge, and enjoyed both.

Don’t stay here. Wouldn’t allow me to pay for my room with debit and room deposit on VISA. The front desk insisted all payments are via credit card with zero option to pay with debit or cash. I’ve never ever heard of this and have never had it happen.

Loved our visit!
We loved our room, very clean and bed super comfortable. One of the best nights of sleep on the road we've had. Close to shopping and family. The staff was helpful and friendly. We'll definitely return.

Everything about this hotel was really lovely. It is new, nicely decorated, great meeting space, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff--from reception to cleaning staff. The hotel is next to some shopping areas which was convenient and is not too far from downtown or to other places of interest.

It’s a very new hotel so they are still ironing out the kinks. Very clean and comfortable. I would say they need safety bars in the shower (my elder father had great difficulty). TV is very confusing to use and has little to nothing to watch. Check in was long and tedious but I know they are learning. Gentleman who ran the cafe in the morning was a Rockstar. What service and kindness. I’ll definitely stay again and recommend.

We were the very first customers here for a family wedding on NYs. The staff were so accommodating & excited to see us.
A couple of issues that are normally seen with a new build were addressed quickly once we brought to their attention. When the bugs get ironed out - this will be a lovely place to stay in St. Thomas.
