Les personnes de l'accueil ne sont pas accueillantes, pas un bonjoir, ni un sourir lors de notre arrivée. Ne font pas d'efforts pour se faire comprendre. En revanche, le reste du personnel est très sympathique et disponible ! Les parties communes sont propres et sympas, les chambres le sont moins, meubles abîmés, lampes cassées, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas. Il serait opportun de les rafraîchir et d'avoir une douche à la place de la baignoire !

Deçu pour un 4 étoile Hilton on est plus sur un 2 étoiles de plus le prix est excessif pour une petite qualité correspond plutôt à un 2 étoiles … horrible !!! Première et dernière fois…. Rien a voir avec l’ambiance des photos qui sont trompeuses… mais j’ai aimé la mixité du personnel et le côté humain, ainsi que le petit déjeuner.

Très bon séjour
Très satisfaite de mon séjour le personnel est aux petits soins et très aimable. Nous avions pris une chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant à notre grande surprise nous avions 2 chambres communicantes et accès à une salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent. Il y a de nombreux bus pour rejoindre le centre de Londres et un grand centre commercial à 10 min en bus .

Situation correcte de l’hôtel ( Bus et overground), la déserte en métro elle est moyenne (surtout si la station Kensington Olympia est fermée) Compter 25/30 min pour rejoindre l’hypercentre peut importe le moyen de transport. Hôtel correct quoi que un peu vieillot surtout dans les chambres : moquette et mobilier du début années 2000, fenêtre simple vitrage bois des années 70, idem pour la salle de bain. Cependant hall d’accueil, et zone petit déjeuner bien refait et au goût du jour, hôtel propre, personnel sympathique et accueillant.

Notre séjour a mal démarré car nous avons dû changer 2 fois de chambre en 24 heures a cause de problèmes de chauffage pour l’une de plomberie pour l’autre mais le duty manager Danilo a réussi à nous trouver une solution qui nous a permis de passer une bonne 2ème partie de séjour.

Parfait emplacement mais besoin de réfection
Présent pour un salon au centre d exposition Olympia. Cet hôtel était le plus proche. L emplacement est parfait mais la vétusté de l hôtel et la chambre 139 ne dispose pas de fenêtre ouvrables ou avec une luminosité naturelle. La salle de bain est fortement dégradée et le tuyau de la douche fuyait. De plus, la climatisation était très bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais sans extra.

Personnel de l’accueil désagréable et pas réactif. La porte de notre chambre est restée bloquée et malgré plusieurs réclamations auprès de l’accueil et des femmes de ménage, la maintenance a mis 1h30 pour arriver mais à résolu le problème en 30 secondes. Incomparable avec Le personnel du petit déjeuner qui lui étaient vraiment au petit soin. Merci à eux .

very nice stay and good location for this hotel. spacious rooms and the staff is very nice. very nice breakfast as well. The only downside, it that this hotel could go with some renovation as it looks a little bit old... But overall it is a very nice and convenient hotel.

The hotel was nice, but lacked attention to detail. Dirty behind the desks and in less visible areas. There were very limited usb charging options and no outlets near the bed. The shower was odd and difficult to use without getting water everywhere. Overall an ok stay, but won't be back.

The room was bigger than expected which was great. It was a 15 min walk to the nearest regular tube station, which was fine for us but may not be for others. The breakfast was great with a good selection of continental style breakfast items, fruit, cereal etc and cooked breakfasts such as full english and an amazing dahl! The shower in the room was not very good, this didn't matter too much as we were only staying two nights, but would have been an issue if we had stayed longer. The decor of the rooms was a bit dated but this didn't really matter to us. The staff were all lovely.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were really good. The rooms had a couple of cans of water still and sparkling, which was nice, and it was nice to have face cloths in the bathroom

No es mala, pero no aparece en las fotos que es un hotel viejo en sus instalaciones y extremadamente pequeña la habitacion, esecifica que llevan cama grande y literal tuve que dormir en un catre por que no cupo ni la cuna de mi bebe, el personal es muy amable pero no regresaria por sus instalaciones.

Front desk staff had a very unpleasant attitude. After my 8 hr flight it was a lot to deal with. Overall the hotel stay was great once we got past the front desk monster.
