Step into this basement flat with a bright, open-plan living and dining area. Large windows flood the space with natural light and showcase the contemporary decor. Unwind on the grey sofa or white armchairs while catching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV. The adjoining dining area, with its wooden table and metal chairs, is perfect for shared meals. The sleek, compact kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal prep effortless. Both double bedrooms open directly onto the private patio, complete with comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and ample storage, combining style and convenience for a comfortable stay. No WIFI in the apartment. Have a pleasant stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. West Kensington is a beautiful, and much sought after, area of central London. You're never too far away from a great place to eat or drink, or catch a train to other spots in the city / country. Some major attractions nearby include Olympia, The Design Museum, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Shepherd's Bush. And with both West Kensington and Baron’s Court stations being minutes away by foot, you'll be connected to many other spots across the city in minutes. The closest stations to the home are West Kensington and Baron’s Court Underground just a 5 min walk away. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
