This lovely 47m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a smart TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Located in a peaceful residential area of South London, this neighbourhood offers a quiet escape from the city's hustle while remaining well-connected. Just a short walk from Tooting Common, it's perfect for enjoying green spaces, scenic strolls, and outdoor picnics. The area also provides easy access to local cafés, supermarkets, and public transport links — including trains that reach Central London in around 25–30 minutes. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Stretham, is just a 15-minute walk. Gatwick Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
