In the bedroom, you'll find a homely double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. The location is great and the appartment was spacious and comfortable. A bit tricky getting luggage in the street door as you have to hold the door open and start taking up the stairs before there is room to shut the door, and have to carry up to second floor. We only had to do this on arrival and departure, so a minor inconvenience. However if you have heavy luggage it could be difficult. ##### STUART E.
