Situated on the lower ground floor with stair access, our apartment provides a comfortable and accessible base for your London adventures. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a King-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well and a door leading to a furnished balcony, perfect for unwinding. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Kennington is a lively and well-connected neighbourhood in London, known for its vibrant cultural scene, historic landmarks, and excellent transport links. With its charming streets, parks, and a mix of modern and traditional architecture, Kennington provides a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Kennington, is just a 6-minutes walk. Heathrow Airport is a 58-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
