The living room is cosy and inviting, with plenty of natural light, making it the perfect space to relax with a good book and a cup of coffee. It contains a comfortable seating area, a TV and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the modern appliances you could want to cook a delicious meal for yourself or your loved one. The cosy bedroom features a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped, with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Make this charming Westbourne apartment your home away from home. You won't regret it! The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. There is the Serpentine Gallery and the Serpentine North Gallery for art and culture enthusiasts, while families can visit the iconic Peter Pan Statue. There are plenty of options for dining and entertainment, such as QUEENS skate dine bowl, Bizzarro, The Pride Of Paddington, and ASK Italian. With so much to explore and experience, Lancaster Gate is the perfect place to be. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train stations are Paddington station and Lancaster Gate, both just a 4-minute walk from the property. Paddington station has access to Bakerloo, Circle, District lines, London Overground, and Heathrow Express. In addition, the area is served by several bus routes, providing easy access to nearby sites of London. Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Problems: small bed, awful bath towels, no dish towels, no instructions on how to use anything so never did figure out heat/cooling thermostat, hard time finding instructions online how to work stove. Most places have a book on how to work everything and info about the area but they did not. Did not use the microwave as the special pan to use it was very dirty/greasy, had not been cleaned.
