We are located on the second floor via stairs. The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a convertible sofa bed and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. The unit was misrepresented, dirty, and poorly maintained, and we faced many issues during our six-week stay.The listing on VRBO is inaccurate, claiming there are two bathrooms when there is only one. On arrival, it was clear the flat had not been properly cleaned—dust and debris on the stairs, surfaces covered in dirt, and a strong, unpleasant odor that lasted the entire stay despite our cleaning and air fresheners. The WiFi didn’t work for the first four days because the landlord had not paid the bill. Later, we received an energy company notice warning of another large unpaid bill that could result in authorities entering the property. It took several days for GuestReady to confirm this was handled.The TV was broken (not mentioned anywhere on the VRBO listing), and GuestReady later admitted it would not be replaced. The kitchen was infested with ants, which got into our food despite all precautions. GuestReady took days to send ant spray, forcing us to throw away groceries.The building’s shared stair carpet is also torn and hazardous.This was by far our worst rental experience. The property was misleading, dirty, and uncomfortable, and both GuestReady and VRBO failed to take accountability. Do not book this unit—or any property managed by GuestReady—unless you want to deal with constant problems and little to no support. ##### Eleanor D. Had no working TV even though the profile shows one. The pictures did not show all the water damage and stains on the walls and ceilings. The windows aren't sealed so all the people yelling, and sirens from the street makes for very loud nights.Finally, the location to pickup and drop off the keys was longer than exspected, especially for a party with large suitcases. Also, be prepared for carpet coming up/off on the stairs as it is a tripping hazard. ##### Becky H.
