The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with a single bed. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated in the vibrant area of Colindale, North West London, this neighborhood offers a blend of modern living and serene green spaces. The area is well-connected, with Colindale Tube Station (Northern Line) providing easy access to Central London in under 30 minutes.

Guests can enjoy nearby parks like Montrose and Silkstream for outdoor activities, while shopping and dining options include Bang Bang Oriental, the UK’s largest Asian food hall, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre just a short drive away. Perfectly balancing convenience and tranquility, this location is ideal for a comfortable city lifestyle.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Collindale is currently closed, if this is still closed during your stay, the next station is Burnt Oak, a 21 minute walk away.

Heathrow Airport is an hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
