Whether you're a tourist exploring the city or a business traveller enjoying a central location, our apartment offers comfort and accessibility. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a floor-to-ceiling door leading to a furnished 25m2 terrace that can serve as a lounging area perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a double couch bed. Both are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathrooms contain all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Angel, located in the Islington district of London, is a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood known for its trendy shops, dining options, and cultural attractions. The area is characterized by its lively atmosphere, historic architecture, and proximity to well-known landmarks such as the Business Design Centre. With excellent transport links and a mix of entertainment options, Angel is a popular choice for residents and visitors seeking a dynamic urban experience in the heart of London. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest commuter station, Angel, is just a 4-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is a 54-minute drive from the property. Please note there is a dishwasher in the property but it is not working. It is not listed as an amenity and therefore there is compensation available. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Einkauf von Lebensmittel und Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung zahlreich vorhanden. Authentisches Umfeld. Check in war leider etwas holprig, da die Abholzeit des Schlüssels falsch angeben war (Schlüssel sollte lt. Guestready ab 13:30 Uhr abholbereit sein, konnte aber tatsächlich erst um 15:00 Uhr abgeholt werden. Kommunikation hierzu war schwierig. Check-Out war dafür wieder ohne Probleme möglich.
