Welcome to my home!  
  
This charming apartment, located in Holborn, is ideal for a getaway or for those coming to work in the City. It is on the 11th floor, with elevator access. The location's amenities, such as supermarkets opposite the flat and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas, are within walking distance. Chancery Lane tube station is a 2-minute walk and takes you to the West End in under 10 minutes, where all the famous London Theatres, Leicester Square, and Oxford Street are located. Covent Garden is 22 minutes walk away.  
  
The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a dining table for two where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads onto a balcony with stunning views of the city.  
  
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.  
  
The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.  
  
The bathroom contains all the essentials, clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.  
  
There is also a bathroom scale and a Walk-in wardrobe.  
  
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

As London's historic law district, Holborn is a bustling mix of legal buildings and offices, such as the imposing Royal Courts of Justice and nearby Inns of Court. Small museums here include Sir John Soane's Museum, which is filled with architectural drawings. Jewellery shoppers browse Hatton Garden's diamond boutiques, while gastropubs and casual cafes cater to a post-work crowd and students from nearby universities.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest train station, Farringdon and Chancery Lane, is less than a 6-minute walk away.  
  
Heathrow Airport is a 58-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).  
  
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.  
  
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
