This 65m2 ground-floor flat is located in Chiswick's beautiful West London neighbourhood. Situated adjacent to The Avenue Road, close to a local bakery and shops, it is perfect for a quiet London stay. The flat is within walking distance of Turnham Green Underground and Acton Central Overground Stations.  
  
The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.  
  
Step out onto the terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, which is ideal for relaxing or enjoying al fresco dining.  
  
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.  
  
The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second offers a queen-size bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated and include a work desk and an ergonomic chair. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's sleep.  
  
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.  
  
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Chiswick’s excellent transport links, including easy access to the District Line and main roads, make it convenient for commuters while retaining a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. Its strong sense of community, top-rated schools, and vibrant cultural scene make Chiswick a highly desirable place to live.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest train station, Turnham Green, is just an 11-minute walk.  
  
Heathrow Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).  
  
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.  
  
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
