This charming 140m² house in Hammersmith is situated in a quiet yet well-connected area. It offers easy access to local amenities, shops, and transport links. It’s the perfect choice for those seeking convenience and comfort in a prime location.  
  
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area and a smart TV for watching your favourite shows, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group.  
  
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished garden where you can fully relax.  
  
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.  
  
Unwind in one of the four bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Three rooms feature comfortable queen beds, while the fourth boasts a king bed. Some rooms are equipped with a desk and an ergonomic chair. All beds are outfitted with complimentary, hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time.  
  
The three bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a shower or a bathtub, fresh towels, and toiletries.  
  
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

For those who enjoy green spaces, the area boasts beautiful parks where you can unwind, take a stroll, or enjoy a picnic. It’s an ideal base for both families and couples, providing a peaceful retreat with everything you need right at your doorstep.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest train station, Hammersmit, is just a 11-minutes walk.  
  
Heathrow Airport is an 20-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).  
  
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.  
  
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Location, location, location! An amazing area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Short walk to the underground. An easy ride from the airport if you are flying in as we did. Property is well maintained and quite charming. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were delightful. If elderly are traveling in your group beware all bedrooms are up the stairs.

#### Families - skip this one

Our family stayed here and was pretty grossed out about the lack of cleaning. Some of the dishes in the cabinet weren’t clean and the kitchen floor was really dirty. The space needs a lot of maintenance done, it hasn’t been very well maintained. If you’re staying in the summer, it’s really warm and there is no air conditioning. This would be suitable for a guys trip, but not a great layout for families.
