Our property is located on the second floor, accessible only via stairs (no lift). To reach the flat, guests need to climb 22 steps to enter the property and 2 flights of stairs to access the flat. The flat itself is 3 stories high, with 2 flights of stairs inside the property. Please note that these features may make it unsuitable for individuals with reduced mobility. Additionally, the air conditioning (A/C) is available only in the top-floor bedroom. This three-bedroom apartment in Camden is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Kitchen is well built out but cooking equipment needs review and updating. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in updated bathrooms. Property covers three floors, with primary bedroom in top floor; two bedrooms on middle floor and kitchen/living space on lowest floor. Prospective guests should pay heed to the listing details regarding stairs (lowest floor is up two flights, making primary bedroom up four) and air con (only featured on top floor). ##### Lorri W. The only issues we had related to the fact that only a portion of the flat was air conditioned; unfortunately it was hot and muggy so the bedrooms on the 2nd floor were quite warm.
