### Gorgeous light loft apartment + parking 

Come and stay in our lovely restored property nestled in South London. This architect designed apartment on the 2nd floor extends to 500 sq ft. Recently updated with new kitchen, new kingsize velvet bed and designer marble top sidetables.  
  
An ideal work-from-home spot for a single professional or a couple who’d like their own flat.  
  
Original windows are retained in the living space. Exposed brickwork wall and stairs lead to the mezzanine level, a bedroom enclosed by glass panelling.  
  
Other highlights:  
  
\- The new kitchen features composite grey worktop, and matt black units, and black kitchen tap.  
\-Ensuite bathroom has power shower over bath, limestone washbasin, marble floor, and toilet.  
\-Weekly housekeeper included.  
\-Access to the large shared garden with apple trees, & decked BBQ area!  
  
Location is by Streatham Hill station, reach Clapham Junction in 10 minutes, or Victoria/ London Bridge in 20 minutes. Streatham High Road has many shops, including M&S food hall, independent restaurants and cool bars – or head to Balham. Brixton and Clapham all close by.
