Perfect Location for Families

We had an amazing time in London and the property was perfect for our size family. The check in process was easy we were able to store our bags upon arrival and the staff was so helpful to place our bags into the room while we explored the city for the day. The amenities are clean and new. The kitchen is so nice and has everything you need if you plan to have meals at home. We had some issues adjusting the air conditioning but the staff was very responsive and worked with us as quickly as possible to fix the issue. Just note two of the downstairs bedrooms do not have air conditioning so they do become relatively warm during the hot summer months. Overall, I would recommend this property.
