There are two adjacent studios that can be booked individually or jointly to sleep up to four, so inquire about availability. The studio has been professionally interior designed to create a chic, comfortable space perfect for couples or solo travelers. You'll enjoy: \- a modern open-concept layout with sleeping, living, and dining areas \- a sleek compact kitchen with stainless appliances \- a spa-inspired bathroom with walk-in shower \- a smart TV with complementary streaming services \- high-speed WiFi \- a plush double bed with cosy linen, and a work nook with a desk area. On-street parking is available outside the flat and adjacent streets (paid via phone/app, controlled 9am-5pm). The property is professionally cleaned, set up for remote access with no direct contact needed. Linens/towels are replaced after each stay, and single-use toiletries are provided. A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee awaits your arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll to last a couple of days. Shops are a 1-minute walk away for additional purchases. Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.
