Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of towels. Only thing to notice, is the description states there is a dryer, but what they have is a drying rack. We just did small loads each night or so and used the drying rack. No problem, you just need to plan. The washing machine was wasy to use and the dishwasher worked great! The air conditioning was amazing during the heat. The pictures were exactly as the unit is -- except the laundry room, which is basically a pit. Zero communication leading up to check in and then we were told they thought they had been massaging with us, but had been messaging with someone else who just happened to have the same first name and that's why there was confusion. Ultimately, the check in went totally smooth but even just 8 hours before we were worried. Then upon check-in and then again in a follow up text we were advised to say we are friends of the owner, if asked (which we were not), but nonetheless it made us feel slightly uncomfortable. The furnishings are a bit bare -- low quality furniture and there are no extra towels or wash clothes or blankets --like you get the exact bare minimum of what you need. Ultimately, we were hardly there so it worked out fine, but it's not plush for the price paid, but it's definitely accomodating.
