Check-in & Optional Services To help protect our properties and community while ensuring a seamless guest experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a pre-check-in link where you can securely confirm your arrival details. Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process. Cleanliness \- Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. \- Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal. 5\. Pets \- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. \- Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. \- Pets must never be left unattended. \- If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.
