Drug dealers delight!
Was unable to stay here because travel plans changed. Was not able to reschedule or get a refund . Local residents that are our friends say never to stay here because of all the drug activity going on around this place! I’m glad we didn’t have to deal with that!

While the building and my room appeared clean it was only up to basic standards. The room contained office chairs and a small wobbly table for dining. The curtains were difficult to close as a short person as the pulls to close were high up there by not easy to use and stiff to move. The table legs were dusty at the back and the bathroom floor behind the door had dirt and hair along the baseboards. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that I went for at 9am was all cold with 2 types of eggs only. No meats and weak coffee. With a few tweaks I would visit again.

The property weren’t reflective of the pictures on the site. We’d checked in after asking where to park and told the free parking is on the STREET. After entering the dated room, we’d noticed rust spots in the tub and mold on the shower curtains. We’d decided to go elsewhere the night as was told to get with Hotel.com regarding refunds. After contacting Hotel.com the next day was told due to the Econo Lodge hotel policy says they Econo Lodge said NO REFUND will be issued. Horrible experience!

The front desk was unmanned and thus when checking out I called on their house phone as advised and waited 7mins. And no one came. So I left. Thus I didn't get a payment receipt. So personal service was lacking. We stayed x3 nights and garbage wasn't collected out of room nor were towels replaced. So we stuck our garbage bag in the hallway for them to pickup. No replacement bags left. So a total lack of service.

Avoid this hotel. The front door is hard to find. Street parking only. Have the imoression that its mostly used for shelter-like stays or unsavory pursuits. Room itself was clean but the bedding had stains and burn holes. Something bit me at least a half dozen times while in bed, but more likely a spider than bedbugs. We decided not to return for our second night and drove home instead of returning. Have warned our friends of this unmitigated disaster. Expedia should not partner with this hotel.

The room was disgusting and was not cleaned before arrival, dirty sheets and pillow cases, stains on all the bedding, unhelpful and disrespectful front desk worker, garbage on the floor and in the bed. Had to ASK for a clean sheet that was still not clean. Disappointing and disgusting.

Although a non smoking building, woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke that was sickening. No close parking, which is really inconvenient after dark, and very noisy outside. Would not stay here again.

Our door to our hotel room didn’t lock, no plug for the tub and we didn’t get our room cleaned once had to ask for clean towels. The coffee at breakfast was cold. However the men that were at the front desk were pleasant.

The staff is kind but no towels were changed no bed were made, the carpet was very dirty, the sheets had stains and the breakfast orange juice was passed expiration date. The rest was average and expected of a hotel. parking conditions were good and it was very silent and calm.

As a single male traveling alone, I had no problem with the property. I can handle myself, but I would never take young children here the amount and aggressiveness of homeless people near the property was concerning. That said, the staff were polite and kind and very helpful.

Very unsafe. Crack addicts everywhere, inside and outside the property. Front desk staff was extremely rude. Carpet was soaking wet which resulted in slipping and sliding on the tile floor. The hotel was filfthy, bedding was not cleaned including blood on sheets.

For some reason there was an enormous group of very drunk rednecks (20-30 at one point) having a party in the entrance to the back parking area of the hotel and right next to the main entrance. They were quite drunk and abusive to some of the other guests (not me). I am not sure if they could have been moved, but it did not give the best impression.

The room was clean and equipped. The TV did not work (even though I double checked the remote batteries). It's not a bad hotel, just too old for the renovations to remove that musty air. It might be worth your while to pay a bit more for more modern features.

We were in Woodstock New Brunswick looking for a place to stay after driving 12 hours from Toronto and our original booking fell through. We booked this property thinking they were in New Brunswick, however, they were in Woodstock Ontario. Expedia did their best to cancel and retrieve the funds, however the property has refused.
