It's simply a breathtaking view from the Emirate Cab This Apartment is one of the few larger than large apartments in the Area which can accommodate the large group of up to 8 comfortably, a family or group of colleagues wanting to share as an alternative to a hotel. Contractors working in the area. The Communal area as been newly refurbished with new carpet and all areas newly painted. The First Bedroom comes with its own Ensuite of a beautiful Bathroom, Toilet and shower . In this Bedroom you have 2 Kingsize Beds that can sleep 2 people conveniently and comfortably on each Bed or Simply have 2 people in the room with their own Ensuite Bathroom The Second Bedroom can either have 2 single Beds or a large Double Beds whichever your preference is and there is a separate Family Bathroom on the hallway with its own Toilet and Bath with overhead shower The Open Plan living room/lounge with the integrated kitchen is very spacious and leads to an outside Balcony to sit and enjoy a peaceful fresh air . Our apartments are all non-smoking rooms. Smokers can smoke on the Balcony provided the smoke doesn't go into the rooms There are loads of Restaurants and grocery shops just walking distance of the apartment There are 2 DLR stations 5mins walk from the apartment .
