Located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, you'll enjoy a relaxing stay while being just a short stroll from Clerkenwell's delightful cafes, unique shops, and cultural highlights—perfect for a memorable city getaway! Other details to note: Please be aware that this building does not have a lift and the flat is located on the third floor, accessible via three flights of stairs. It may not be suitable for individuals who are unable to use stairs or have limited mobility. Additional Information for Your Stay: To ensure a comfortable stay, we kindly ask that all guests take a moment to review the house rules before booking including the deposit/waiver in place. This helps everyone understand what’s expected and makes the stay smoother for all. House Rules: I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules: • Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150 • Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited • Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted • A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded seven days after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via STRLY.
