Apartment was good and clean. This are couple of challenges. 1) Property contact number on hotels.com need to update as it is invalid number.Some how I found property number from google and able to connect. Property is not maintained well. No one cleans property outside. Always trash within lobby and surrounding. We stayed In apartment 11 on the ground floor and subsequently 36 and 37 on the second floor of the property. Check in time of 3pm is a bit late but on both occasions we were given the room at 1pm without extra charge. Parking is secure and there is lift access. Apartments are modern, clean and fully furnished with a full kitchen and utensils. Although we found that the stoves on apartment 37 are not quite clean. Overall for the price this is a very good place to stay if you are with a car and family. Very close to Heathrow and Windsor too. Most destinations like Legoland, outer London are within 20-40 mins driving distance. There was no once working there, so check in was a little confusing. Then we realized when we got to our room that there was no A/C and opening windows was discouraged. It was so hot. The shower head was broken and shot water everywhere, including on the floor of the bathroom since the shower had no door. There was no way to make coffee in the morning. I really appreciate Hotels.com helpdesk to sort out my issue.
