Doors don’t close in 2nd bedroom, lights don’t work properly, no face towels or extra towels (4 were there). A/c was a portable unit in the bedroom, but the windows had to stay open for the vent. It would have benefited from a little more minor conveniences - salt/pepper/oil/sauces/tea/sugar etc. There was a lack of cups/glasses but the owner responded very quickly and dropped off some brand new Habitat crockery and glasses. Similarly, when we couldn’t lock the balcony door they were there within the day to have a new lock fitted - very responsive. The tv needs to be fixed so you can actually watch uk terrestrial tv and the internet was painfully slow - couldn’t stream a Netflix movie without repeated buffering. En-suite toilet was blocked and bad smell permeated the whole unit.To say it kind of ruined our time in London is an under statement, carpets need replacing with trip hazards due to what looked like flooding, showers didn’t drain and no doubt the reason for the carpets needing replacing, the kitchen was dirty with disgusting sponges left that you couldn’t clean a gutter with.
