You get what you pay for.

Great deal on Expedia. Great check in and an upgrade to a renovated room! Oh oh. Room not so well renovated and the hotel is full of drunken students on their hurrah before heading home. A rude awakening at 4am with a visit outside the room from the resident skunk and I'm thinking it's not so great of deal. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't return. Cheap and good for drunken students who don't mind the resident wildlife.

We did have a skunk on our property for a short period of time and the contracted wildlife company took approximately a week to capture and relocate it for us. We apologize for the nuance in the interim.

Nice hotel

Pros: Staff
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
Exceptional staff at front desk. Very helpful and pleasant. The location was good . Close to shopping mall and numerous restaurants .

stayed here while we were in town for an event! we had the best concierge forget his name, but had auch a positive and happy attitude! changed the down mood we were in! good rooms aswell. excellent customer service! thank you :)

Room was in bad shape, beds hard. Disappointed

Pros: Nothing.. felt scammed
Cons: stop false advertising ie don't say you have amenities that you do not have .. fix the doors, the phones and the beds..
Location: bingo across the street and that was about it.
Booked room off of Expedia, paid for smoking room. Wasn't notified until arrival that they don't have any smoking rooms at all. Sliding door was a joke as was nearly impossible to open and close. Beds were super hard and even with extra blankets laid down all you could feel was springs. Phone didn't work at all .. couldn't even call front desk. I have mobility issues and room was too far away from front desk for me to go and inform them. Tiles peeling in bathroom and no water pressure in shower. Just checked Expedia site.. and they still say that the Hotel has smoking rooms... Requested info for use of gym facilities at neighbor hotel that they advertise free use of.. yet none of the staff knew anything about it. Very disappointed and doubt will stay here on my next visit.

Nice affordable hotel

Only 57$ a night with taxes and I had a room with a brand new 40+ inch flat screen nice quiet stay and my room was cleaned everyday

Hospital stay

Amazing customer service, very accommodating, room upgrade for the entire week there a t no extra charge, friendly and cooperative housekeeping and very quiet and pleasant stay. Front desk staff amazing.. I suggested that the young lady working there.be considered.for a raise for how she handled each guest .

Close to shopping and restaurants

The room was dirty, the tv didn't work properly, the mattresses weren't all that comfortable and the door did not close properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
