Pros: The staff service and the breakfast were fantastic!
Cons: State of the furniture, patio doors and cleanliness of the room. Also the air conditioner was way too cold, despite having set it at 74 degrees.
Location: Location is excellent--lots of restaurants on both sides of the street and White Oaks Mall is across the road.
Overall, our stay was fine. We stayed one night. Check-in was efficient and quick and staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was mostly clean except for the coffee area that had sticky coffee? dripping all over the granite counter. We almost put some clothing items there while we waited our turn for the washroom when I discovered the sticky coffee and warned my family not to put anything on that counter. It was hard to see the drippings due to the fact that the granite is spotted brown. The furniture can use replacement--some of the veneer was peeling off/ peeled off. The patio door stuck very badly so we could barely open it. Management explained this would be fixed in September as the doors were being replaced. Breakfast at the restaurant attached was excellent but not included. They offered continental breakfast for 5.99 but it's a better deal to just purchase your own breakfast at the restaurant as the portions are excellent. The pool area was very noisy due to some disrespectful guests which you cannot blame the hotel for. Adults should remind their children to keep noise levels down and to not splash guests that are not actually in the pool. Also, the pool rules for not diving were disregarded so kids were diving recklessly into the pool, often on top of other children. Waiting for an accident to happen...

Nice for a cheap stay

Was central to many places but bed were rock hard, very expensive breakfast and shower was broken. Had to pry the knob to change from bath to shower. Was very clean and staff was friendly.

Staff was great. Got an extra discount for not having room cleaned during my 2 day stay. Lots of people enjoying the pool. Close to shopping, restaurants.

The staff are excellent, the hotel needs work.

Cons: Repair to sliding glass doors, more attention to sinks, plumbing.
I have stayed here several times. The staff are always wonderful and the rooms are clean. The hotel itself is in need of some attention. The sliding glass doors do not close properly so there are gaps to the outside letting temperature and sound in. You can hear everything from the outside - traffic noise, non-stop and conversations. It's a bit unnerving because it feels like people could easily get in as they aren't that secure. Also, there are always people partying on the balconies and in the hallways. Many sports teams stay here and the teenagers wander unsupervised and make noise into the wee hours. If you need to sleep, it's very tough. Gauge your room rate as it may feel disappointing for the quality and overall experience. This stay, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain and the counter had a stain on it, which when I wiped was likely dried blood.

Wouldn't stay again

Cons: new carpets - to get rid of the smoke smell.
We were justing passing through and stayed one night. Our room reeked of smoke - it gave me a headache. If you have allergies or are sensitive to smell don't stay here. That said - it was a surprisingly comfortable bed!

It is hard to control the actions of others who stay in the rooms before another guest but it is clearly stated on our registration form that smoking in a non-smoking room is strictly prohibited and will be punished with a $200 charge. I am sorry to hear that it was not reported to us to take care of that issue before you arrived at the hotel. We will ensure to investigate this issue more and how we can address it. Great value, friendly staff, clean, and very noisy

Pros: Very clean. Very friendly staff. Excellent value.
Cons: The sliding glass doors are in need of repair and a second night person should be added to monitor the hallways for partying teenagers.
Location: Great location off the highway. Near shops and restaurants.
I have stayed a few times here a few times and the staff are great. It's always very clean. I was disappointed this time due to the noise level. The sliding glass doors let all sounds. This time, the sliding glass door in the room did not close properly. It had a huge gap at the top corner so climate control in the room was difficult as outside air was constantly coming in. It also felt like I was sleeping outside as all noise came in. On top of it, a high school sports team was staying in the facility and the teenagers partied in the hallway and balcony outside my room until 12:37am. They need to add a second night staff person to patrol the hallways.

Everything was great!

Pros: Clean, Courtyard looked great, Staff helpful and professional.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Location: Across from a mall. Hudson's Bay, Walmart, Canadian tire, H & M
We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Clean room, comfortable beds, front desk staff was great and helpful. Good food at the restaurant. Could not have asked for more in our stay.
