The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with Netflix included, a living room with an espresso machine, a private bathroom and a washing machine. Guests can also enjoy a bright and newly renovated flat. The space This is an ideal central flat for those visiting London. If you want to be close to Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Street, Soho, Kings Cross and the City, this flat is ideal for you. It is a lovely 1-bedroom flat with everything you need. \- 3 minutes walk to Holborn, 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden tube station, 20 minutes to Kings Cross/St Pancras, 10 minutes to Tottenham Court Road station. \- Newly refurbished flat \- Fully furnished with television and Netflix \- Bright open plan reception and stylish kitchen, neutral decor, modern furniture and fittings \- 1 large Living space with queen-size bed \- The sofa in the living space can be converted into a double bed, so the maximum number of guests in the flat is 4 people at a time. \- Brand new shower and toilet, \- Broadband internet (not shared with others, exclusive and fast use). \- Quiet flat with residential neighbours.
