This bright and spacious room is on the first floor of a multi-unit house, offering a private space with minimal shared areas. You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with just one other guest room, no other guests use these facilities. Property Layout: First Floor: Your private room + shared kitchen and bathroom (shared only with one other guest room) Top Floor: A self-contained studio with its own kitchen and bathroom (hallway access only, no shared use of your amenities) Ground Floor: A private one-bedroom flat with a separate entrance (no access to the first floor) This setup offers both comfort and privacy with very limited guest overlap and a quiet, respectful atmosphere. The only suggestion for improvement would be the curtains, which could cover a little more the darkness. Aside from that, everything was perfect! The host falsely advertised the property as being 15 minutes from Wembley Park, it’s actually much farther, in an isolated and dodgy area. I only received the exact address after booking, and I went to check it out, I felt it was completely unsuitable for my family. I messaged the host immediately to cancel and asked for a refund. She refused, not even a partial refund, even though she’s the owner and could have easily done so. I reached out to Expedia to file a complaint, but they told me I had to resolve the matter directly with her since she manages the listing independently. In the end, I never stayed at the property, as I booked a hotel instead, but she still kept the entire payment, even a cleaning fee, despite no one ever checking in. Her responses were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. This felt like a scam. Zero flexibility, zero customer care, just taking money and running.
