Det var inte mycket som stämde överens med bilderna som låg på deras hemsida. Rummen var fruktansvärt små med dålig standard, o bilderna var från ett hotell på en helt annan adress. Jag hade aldrig frivilligt bokat in mig på ett sådant här rum. Där fanns ingen tillgång över huvudtaget på mat på hotellet vilket resulterade i att vi fick jaga efter frukost ena dagen när vi skulle iväg på event. Trappan som ledde ner till vårt rum var så snäv o brant att jag som har kronisk smärta hade stora svårigheter att ta mig upp o ner.
Sängen står nära fönstret/väggen att den ena personen får klättra över den andra.
Hallen är så trång att du inte kan gå två i bredd.
Tv-hörnan där fjärrkontrollen inte fungerade.

The negatives: the bed sheets were scattered with hair and debris, there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom, and you could smell marujana when the room window was open. On the positive side, the staff member was very helpful in fixing the wifi connection when it didn't work at first.

Property was listed as having air conditioning however upon arrival they said it was an error on the listing. A major error considering I was with a person that had a health condition at the time. Room was very small and also extremely noisy as it sat on a main road.

Terrible experience
It wasn't a nice experience. I booked as it said air conditioning and tv, it had neither. A small fan in the room which id have gotten more air if a mouse was breathing on me, tv in the room but the remote was removed due to covid i was informed by the receptionist... the bed was the most uncomfortable ive slept in in my life, small and just sank in the middle, the room was like a wardrobe and barely room to turn in it

No frills, but good value
The room is pretty basic and contained, but it had everything you'd need for a short stay. Given the temperatures, the addition of a fan was very welcome! Shower was okay but door didn't close properly, extractor fan was very loud, and providing shower gel but no shampoo seemed strange. But, like I say, for the price, given most places in London are double/triple, I was very impressed in terms of value.

Excellent value, clean and comfortable.
This is excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. New carpets were being laid during my stay and I could see that a lot of effort has gone into making the accomodation feel modern, well maintained and comfortable. I would stay again.

Called the hotel 3 seperate times before our visit. No response. Rude customer service as we walk in. No parking. We had to find a place in London to park. The building smelt of cigarettes. The room - tiny which is not a problem but the photos do the explaining. I also found a hair in the towels. They were prompt and easy with the refund which was the only good experience...and yes. If you've noticed that is a coffee stain on the bed. We left within the hour.

Cheap hotel gives you what you pay for
The carpet in the room needs replacing as it looked dirty. No remote control for the tv.

Good for times with no virus , not clean
Booked as it meant to come with breakfast, had different hotel in mind closer to my work but chosen this especially for breakfast in the morning. When checked in, had to call for someone and wait , person told me no breakfast due to local restrictions. I did ask about refund and they have. Refused to even acknowledge the complaint. They said to get in touch with hotels.com. hotels have me some gogw but bad taste remains. Bed sheets were stained and bathroom had previous guest things in it. Same with coffe and tea facilities. There was even that gas to make you high leftover. Overall not bad place , lacks parking after 9 and no breakfast at the moment . Not worth the price at present but not bad once this whole virus is a thing of the pass

This hotel is terrible. The bathroom was so dirty. Hair on the tiles in the shower. Mould all over. Toilet brush had paper around it. Burns on the carpet. Truly disappointed with the place.

Hostel conditions at hotel prices
We were given a room (Number 20) downstairs that felt like entering a basement with an odd smell. Our room was tiny and barely fit the double bed in it, it was pushed up against a wall. There was stains of something yellow and brown on the wall opposite the bed and was generally unclean. The bathroom was clean and functioning and the bed was comfortable enough. So overpriced for £88 and I definitely won’t be returning. I wanted to leave as soon as I woke up. I wouldn’t pay any higher than hostel prices for a room such as that one.

Lovely, friendly and attentive staff. Let us leave our bags in the morning and took care of them for us. Room was small but adequate, clean, comfy bed. Only slight problem, bathroom taps and mirror hadn’t been cleaned.

Horrible hotel ever. It should be a 1 star hotel. Don't know where to start. Only one thing that is Good about this is the Location. It is a walking distance to the Tube stations. Several Restaurants in close proximity. Coming to the Rooms they are horrible and poorly maintained. Dust everywhere . No Air conditioning in rooms. There is a standing Fan covered with dust. Beds are uncomfortable and you can feel the boxsprings if you move slightly on the bed. Bath room has mold and smells bad. No Elevators/Lifts. If you have Luggage or health issue in climbing narrow stairs, you are struck. No bell boys or staff to help. No room service or daily cleaning.

The hotel is in a great spot right between two tube stops. Lots of restaurants and shopping around and it's about 20 minutes to downtown London. It's an older building that could use a lot of upkeep. The carpet was threadbare and some staples were coming through in my room. The rooms are cleaned every day though but it's definitely budget accommodations. For the price there is value but it's very bare bones. The breakfast is good in the morning albeit simple fare. Staff were helpful.

Cleanliness was appalling showe cieling was covered in mould, bed cover was covered in stains. Cooked breakfast was cold eggs and beans with cold toast in a kitchen fall of mouse traps. Would never go there again

Very basic breakfast. Bathroom smell bad. Coffee maker and cups in the room was dirty. On the upside it was a 10 minutewalk to Hammersmith train station. Cl9se to food and mall. The hotel itself was disappointing.

Not great...pubic hairs in my bathroom!
Good things first...the single beds were actually small doubles which was nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special Bad things...cleanliness was terrible. I had hairs in my sink and pubic hairs on the soap dish! I informed the staff and cleaner who said it would be sorted but when I arrived back, the pubes were still there. My mums room had damp up the walls with mould growing. It was behind the bed so not immediately obvious until she pulled out the bed to retrieve the remote control. Paper thin walls and some of the staff members seemed less than interested in the guests. The area was nice with lots of choices of restaurants around and a very quick walk to the tube stations.

There was a free wi-fi service as advertised; however, it wasn't working. SO I GOT NO INTERNET CONNECTION and could not take care of what I needed to do. Also, we were shown a room with 1 double bed and two twin beds, but were given two double beds. Same number of guests but less comfortable.
