Summary:  
\- 2 bedroom with 3 king size beds.  
\- Apt has been freshly re furnished.  
\- Sleeps 4 - 6.  
\- Location is perfect just off the famous market on Portobello Road.  
\- The apartment is amongst the best cafes and restaurants in London.  
\- Situated on one of the most colourful streets in Notting Hill!  
\- Great for families or friends, vacation & business travel.  
\- Please see rules for sofa bed cost.  
\- Our neighbour in apartment below is renovating until mid Nov 2024 this may causes slight disruption

Dying clothes- There is a heated dying rack stored under the master bed. This is perfect to dry your cloths after washing and is very effective and quick.  
  
Heating - There is a thermostat on the shelf in the living room. This can be used to control the temperature.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Trash / rubbish You must not put loose rubbish in the bins outside it must be bagged, either in a green household waste bag, a clear recycling bag or a black bag.  
  
Please let me know in advance if you need to use the sofa bed for groups of 4 or less. Groups with more than 4 guests will automatically be set up with the sofa bed bed.
