Très bon emplacement. Situé dans un quartier vivant et agréable qui mérite d'être visité. A proximité de la station de métro Aldgate East, très pratique pour visiter Londres.

Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel. la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. il y aussi une grande salle de bain. le seul bémol, c'est la réception, Aucun effort de compréhension et un accueil froid.

Globalement satisfaisant. Un bémol : une chambre réservée pour 4 personnes dont le lit-canapé est vraiment inconfortable : un matelas tellement fin que l'on ressent les ressorts du lit dans le dos.

Petit déj et salle de bain, belle vue sur "cornichon"-> ok
Personnel impersonnel "au suivant".
Mal insonorisé : nous entendions craquer le sol de la chambre voisine quand le client se déplaçait, de même que nous entendions les portes des chambres se refermer.
Lit moyen.

Hôtel très propre. Serviettes de bain changées tous les jours. Ménage fait tous les jours.
