It’s a well-connected London base — ideal for short or extended stays — book today!  
The space  
This comfortable and well-appointed one-bedroom flat offers a comfortable stay in the heart of Hoxton (Zone 1). Set on the second floor of a walk-up building, it’s ideal for solo travellers, couples, or professionals looking for a stylish and convenient North East London base.  
  
\- Living Area: A relaxed open-plan lounge space with a sofa that turns into a sofa-bed, coffee table, and TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.  
\- Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, as well as a L’or pod coffee machine and an electric milk frother—all the essentials for home cooking and dining.  
\- Dining Area: The cosy dining area is located right by the window with plenty of natural light, and seats four.  
\- Bedroom: A spacious room with a plush double bed dressed in hotel-style linens, ample storage and a dedicated workspace. Featuring fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a hassle-free stay.  
\- Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.  
\- Sofa-bed: The sofa bed will only be prepared if requested in advance. If you plan to use it, kindly let me know ahead of your arrival so I can ensure it's set up for you.
