Elegant Victorian style hotel located near many London sights. The room was spacious and neat, but the toilet was very hard to flush. Room service was contacted two times to fix the toilet plumbing, but alas the plumbing remained unfixed. The included breakfast was fantastic! Dinner at the restaurant was average. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Nice size room. Everything was very good but no lobby so 4 stars. If you arrive from US at 8 am you need some where to camp out!

The Clermont is connected to the tube station making it so easy to get anywhere. It was also a beautiful and comfortable place to relax after a day explring London. One of the finest places we've ever stayed. We enjoyed it completely.

Asked for early check in in advance and upon arrival . Staff dragged their feet. Had to get manager involved to get a one hour early check in. arrived in London at 7 am Did not get a room until 2 pm

The Clermont Charing Cross was a great location for our first trip to London. An easy walk to tons of historic sites, shopping and dining. It’s also literally on top of the Charing Cross station and 5 minutes from another. The hotel itself is classy and clean with a very friendly staff.

My wife and I arrived earlier than checkin time from the US. We very much appreciated immediately being offered a room that was just a little more than the one we had reserved. We were able to get a few hours sleep and still have half a day to see you wonderful city. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We slept very well. We will stay with you again when we return to London.

Overall property was in good condition in a great location. However there were some issues, my AC was making a clicking sound all night, my shower door did not shut completely. Lastly service was good but during breakfast i witness one of the managers talking down to my server because he could not get my order which just left a sour taste.

Great location, wonderful staff, beautiful building, nice rooms, but thin walls - unfortunately we could hear conversations either side. Also, be aware the hotel is above the station and trains can be heard every few minutes until after midnight starting again very early morning. Reception advised all rooms have this noise.

The shower did not drain at all, making it unusable. Staff were informed and we were told that maintenance staff would take care of it, but there was no improvement. For the price they charge, a functional shower seems like a bare minimum. I would not stay there again.

Really useful location for our family trip to the theatre. The hotel failed to tell us there would be a disco in the hotel (1st floor) and that whilst being on the third floor, our children would not be able to sleep due to the volume. We were on the third floor so and having done a few trips, this was truly ridiculous. Staff failed to help so super disappointing. Breakfast was good but be aware…. The bar and restaurant are very small for a hotel this size, so plan ahead.
