### Islington Charm - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Natural light floods through large windows into the L-shaped open-plan living space, where you'll find a comfortable sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a small dining table that works equally well for meals or remote working. The kitchen features clean white units with plenty of storage, a gas hob, fridge, and everything you need for self-catering. Stylish wooden flooring and a neutral colour palette run throughout, creating a calm and contemporary feel.  
  
The master bedroom benefits from dual-aspect windows that flood the space with light. A king-size bed, wooden blinds, and an abundance of hanging and drawer space ensure you can properly unpack and settle in. The large bathroom features a semi-circular bathtub with overhead shower and generous storage.  
  
A shared courtyard garden is accessed via a gate to the side of the main entrance - a welcome green space in the heart of the city.  
  
Your Neighbourhood  
You're in the heart of Barnsbury, one of Islington's most desirable pockets. Islington's buzzing Upper Street is just a short walk away, offering café culture, nightlife, and independent boutiques. The area is rich with local attractions including the Almeida Theatre, The London Canal Museum, and The Charterhouse Heritage Museum, while nearby parks and canal walks provide breathing space.  
  
Celebrated gastropubs like the Duchess of Kent, the Albion, and the Drapers Arms are all within easy reach, as is the elegant Arundel Square with its mature trees and beautiful gardens. For provisions, you'll find Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and Tesco all close by. The Kings Cross regeneration - including Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard with its restaurants and shops - is also worth exploring.  
  
Transport connections are excellent. Highbury & Islington station offers National Rail, Victoria Line, and London Overground services. Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground stations are nearby, and King's Cross St Pancras is around 1.2 miles away. Numerous bus routes connect you to central London.

The shared courtyard garden is a real bonus - perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring the city. And the location? You're genuinely in the sweet spot between Barnsbury's residential calm and Upper Street's vibrant energy.  
  
Home Truths:  
No smoking, pets or parties. This is a ground-level apartment, but please note there are steps leading up to the front door and internal steps down to the apartment itself. The courtyard garden is shared with other residents in the building. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.   
  
When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00\. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.  
  
Check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 cost an extra £100\. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we can be reached 7 days a week. Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day + delivery fee. We look forward to welcoming you!

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
