    One disaster after another

    This apartment is a disaster and should be avoided. I don't know where to begin except it ended with emergency calls to the management company and a plumber when the washing machine malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen and we almost could not retrieve our wet soapy clothes before traveling to a festival. There were malfunctions in windows, water heater, shower, the wi-fi, and the coffee pot. The place is impossible to find even though it's in a great location. The management company responds quickly to emails, but then asks you to call them. We had to make several calls and we are international so now I have a phone bill to deal with back home due to several calls we had to make when there was one mishap after another. Next time o will stay in a proper hotel. In conclusion, don't book with them!

    Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix

    (+) personnel Lavanda aimable et très réactif. Bon emplacement : métro et tower bridge à 12 min , 2 supermarchés , plusieurs bons restaurants , environnement = port de plaisance très sympa, rue calme: très peu de trafic, écureuils dans les jardins, bonne ambiance dans la résidence, 1er étage N°104, appartement spacieux, lumineux, assez bien entretenu, peu décoré, très bien pour 4 : 2 chambres séparées avec lit double, linges de lit et serviettes fournis, cafetière nespresso, TV et wifi haut débit ok. pensez à prendre votre adaptateur pour prises de courant ! (-) construction ancienne mal insonorisée : voisin du dessus rentre tard et se réveille tôt adresse assez vague pas trouver de repas bon marché à emporter dans le quartier

    Ferienwohnung in guter, ruhiger Lage

    Ungenügende Ausstattung (in der Küche keine Töpfe vorhanden - auch nach 6 Tagen Nachfrage keine Abhilfe, keine Kaffeemaschine trotz Nespresso-Kapseln zur Begrüßung, Fenster im Schlafzimmer liess sich nicht schließen, Ameisen in Flur und Küche, Warmwasser der Dusche nicht zu regulieren, Duschabtrennung kaputt, Beleuchtung tlw. defekt, Schlafzimmertür ging nicht zu schließen)

    Pros: Lage und Umgebung.

    Cons: Nachbesserungen in der Ausstattung und Reparaturen.

    Location: In Nähe der Tower-Bridge im alten Hafengebiet.
